Abstrak

Kaderisasi merupakan salah satu konsep yang penting dalam dunia organisasi untuk mempersiapkan mental mahasiswa baru dalam menghadapi segala persoalan di kampus. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya kaderisasi itu sendiri mahasiswa baru akan dituntut untuk berpikir kritis khususnya untuk calon guru teknik. Dalam kaderisasi seorang mahasiswa baru akan mendapatkan pembinaan dan pendidikan dengan tujuan mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis yang esensial bagi calon pendidik.

Cadre formation is one of the important concepts in the world of organizations to prepare new students mentally to face all problems on campus. But in the implementation of the cadre formation itself, new students will be required to think critically, especially for prospective engineering teachers. In the cadre formation, a new student will receive coaching and education with the aim of developing critical thinking skills that are essential for prospective educators.
