Abstrak

Inclusive education is an educational paradigm that promotes accessibility, equity, and acceptance of diversity in the learning environment. This study discusses the basic concepts and principles of inclusive education, the importance of teacher performance in its effective implementation, and the challenges faced in realizing this approach in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand how inclusive learning approaches affect elementary school teacher performance. The approach used is a conceptual approach about the influence of inclusive learning approaches on elementary school teacher performance. The discussion includes key strategies such as instructional differentiation, team collaboration, technology integration, and formative assessment that support teacher performance in managing heterogeneous classes. The use of technology as a tool in facilitating learning that is tailored to student needs is the main focus, while a collaborative approach between teachers, special education specialists, and parents provides a strong foundation in creating an inclusive learning environment. The development of inclusive education includes ongoing training for teachers, adaptive learning approaches, and strong support from educational institutions and the community. With proper implementation, inclusive education not only benefits students with special needs, but also improves the overall quality of education by maximizing the potential of each individual in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

This research uses a literature review method or reviewing existing previous research, so that it can be a reference for reviewing the content related to the research that the author wants. Syntactic errors are one of the language errors that often eccur in speech. This research aims to analyze syntactic errors contained in the speech of the President of the 2023 PMR RI Annual Session. Research data was obtained from video recordings of the President's speech. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive methods. The results showed that there were 5 syntactic errors in the speech. These errors are categorized into three types, namely word function errors, sentence structure errors. and sentence construction errors. The most common word function errors that occur are errors in the use of prepositions. The most common sentence structure error that occurs is the error in the order of words in the sentence. The most common sentence construction errors that occur are verb usage errors. This research shows that President Joko Widodo still often makes syntactic errors in his speeches. These errors can make sentences ineffective and difficult to understand. Therefore, improvements need to be made in President Jokowi's speeches in the future.
