Abstrak

The aim of this research is to find out how the Make A Match learning model assisted by visual media has an impact on learning outcomes and student activity in elementary school. This research was conducted quasi-experimentally using the t test data analysis tool. Two groups were involved in the research: an experimental group that took part in learning using the Make A Match model assisted by visual media and a control group that took part in collaborative learning. Students of SDN Pegadingan 1 class IV who were randomly selected were the subjects of this research. To collect data, observation of student activity and learning achievement tests were used to collect data. To compare learning outcomes between the two groups, the data was then analyzed using the t test. Apart from that, an evaluation was carried out to find out how the Make A Match learning model assisted by visual media influenced student participation in learning. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of how effective the Make A Match learning model is with the support of visual media at the elementary school level. These results can be the basis for creating more creative learning methods that support optimal student growth in basic education.
