IMPLEMENTASI PIANIKA SEBAGAI ALAT BANTU UNTUK MEMAHAMI NOTASI MUSIK DASAR DI KELAS VII SMPN 01 KOTA KUPANG

Abstrak

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi penggunaan alat musik pianika sebagai alat bantu dalam memahami notasi musik dasar melalui penerapan model pembelajaran demonstrasi dengan metode drill pada kelas VII SMP N 1 Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan pianika secara efektif membantu peserta didik memahami konsep dasar musik, seperti nada, ritmr, tempo, dan tangga nada, melalui pemhalaman belajar langsung yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Model pembelajaran demonstrasi mempermudah siswa dalam meniru dan mempraktikan teknik bermain pianika dengan benar, sedangkan metode drill berperan penting dalam melatih keterampilan siswa melalui latihan yang berulang yang sistematis. Aktivitas belajar siswa menunjukan peningkatan antusiasme, partisipasi aktif dan kepercayaan diri dalam bermain musik. Dengan demikian, kombinasi model demonstrasi dan metode drill terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan musikal siswa baik dari aspek kognitif, efektif, maupun psikomotorik.

this study aims to describe the implementation of the pianica as a learning aid to help students understand basic musical notation through the application of the demonstration learning model combined with the drill method in seventh grade students of SMPN 1 Kota Kupang. The research employed a descriptive aqualitative approach, with data collected through observation and interviews. The findings reveal that the use of the pianica effectively assists students in comprehending fundamental musical  concepts such as pitch, rhythm, and scales through engaging and interactive learning experiences. The demonstration model enables students to observe and imitate correct playing techiques, while the drill method strengthens their musical skills through structured and repetitive practice.students showed increased enthusiasm, active participation dan self confidence throughout the learning process. Overall, the combination of the demonstration model and the drill method proved effective in enhancing student’s musical abilities across cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains.
