PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF KAHOOT DAN MINAT BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA KELAS XI MPLB DI SMKS PAB 2 HELVETIA T.A. 2024/2025

Abstrak

The problem examined in this study is the learning outcomes of human resources that have not yet reached the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). This study aims to determine the effect of the interactive kahoot quiz media and learning interest on student learning outcomes in the subject of human resources for class XI MPLB at SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. This research was conducted at SMK PAB 2 Helvetia located at Jalan Veteran Pasar IV Helvetia, Deli Serdang . This type of research is experimental. The population in this study were 76 class XI MPLB students. The sample in this study consisted of XI MPLB 1 and XI MPLB 2 as many as 76 students. The research instrument consisted of a test of learning outcomes and a questionnaire on learning interests. The data analysis technique used was the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test and the f ( Levene ) homogeneity test , while the hypothesis test used Two-Way ANOVA on SPSS version 25. The results of the data analysis obtained the average Pre-Test of the experimental and control class students respectively = 60.61 and 58.09, while the average Post-Test value after using the Kahoot application = 84.70 and PowerPoint = 71.91. From the results of the data analysis obtained that the learning outcome data using Kahoot and high interest = 87.80 and low interest = 75 is greater than the learning outcomes of students using PowerPoint and high interest = 74.47 and low interest = 68.66 with a sig. value of 0.004, in this case the hypothesis is rejected  and accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an interaction effect between the Kahoot interactive quiz media and learning interest on student learning outcomes in the human resources subject of class XI MPLB at SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Masalah yang di teliti dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar sumber daya manusia yang masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media kuis interaktif kahoot dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sumber daya manusia kelas XI MPLB di SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK PAB 2 Helvetia yang beralamat di Jalan Veteran Pasar IV Helvetia, Deli Serdang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MPLB sebanyak 76 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari XI MPLB 1 dan XI MPLB 2 sebanyak 76 siswa. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari tes soal hasil belajar dan angket minat belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji normalitas adalah Kolmogorov Smirnov dan uji homogenitas menggunakan uji f (Levene), sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan Anova Dua Jalur pada SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis data diperoleh rerata Pre-Test siswa kelas eksperimen dan kontrol berturut-turut = 60,61 dan 58,09, sedangkan nilai rerata Post-Test setelah menggunakan aplikasi kahoot = 84,70 dan PowerPoint = 71,91. Dari hasil analisis data yang diperoleh bahwa data hasil belajar yang menggunakan kahoot dan minat tinggi = 87,80 dan minat rendah = 75 lebih besar dari hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan PowerPoint dan minat tinggi = 74,47 dan minat rendah = 68,66 dengan nilai sig. 0,004 , dalam hal ini hipotesis tersebut menolak   dan menerima  . Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara media kuis interaktif kahoot dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sumber daya manusia kelas XI MPLB DI SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia T.A. 2024/2025.
