PEMAHAMAN, KESIAPAN DAN PELAKSANAAN TERHADAP PROGRAM MERDEKA BELAJAR KAMPUS MERDEKA (MBKM) PADA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS KEGURUAN DAN ILMU PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS PGRI MADIUN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Pemahaman, Kesiapan, dan Pelaksanaan Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas PGRI Madiun. Program MBKM merupakan kebijakan pendidikan yang memberikan hak belajar di luar program studi guna meningkatkan kompetensi dan daya saing lulusan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FKIP Universitas PGRI Madiun yang telah mengikuti MBKM Kampus Mengajar angkatan 6 dan Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka angkatan 6 pada tahun 2023, dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive proporsional sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket yang telah divalidasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap MBKM, tidak ada pengaruh antara kesiapan mahasiswa terhadap MBKM, dan ada pengaruh pelaksanaan mahasiswa terhadap program MBKM. Dari penelitian ini, peneliti menyimpulkan yaitu dengan pemahaman yang baik tentang MBKM mahasiswa dapat memanfaatkan program ini secara optimal, baik dalam hal kegiatan pembelajaran maupun pengembangan diri.

This study aims to determine the level of understanding, readiness, and implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program among students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Universitas PGRI Madiun. The MBKM program is an educational policy that grants students the right to learn outside their study program to enhance their competencies and competitiveness upon graduation. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this research consists of FKIP students at Universitas PGRI Madiun who participated in the Kampus Mengajar Batch 6 and the Indonesian Student Mobility Program (Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka) Batch 6 in 2023. The sample was selected using purposive proportional sampling. Data were collected using a validated questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of students’ understanding of MBKM on their involvement in the program. However, there is no significant influence of students’ readiness on the program, while the implementation of MBKM activities by students does show an influence on the program. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that a good understanding of MBKM enables students to make optimal use of the program, both in terms of learning activities and personal development.
