PROFIL KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS SISWA MTs DARUL MAARIF SOSA YANG BELAJAR DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN THINK PAIR SHARE

Abstrak

Kemampuan komunikasi matematis merupakan suatu kemampuan yang mutlak dimiliki oleh setiap siswa, termasuk siswa madrasah. Oleh karena itu kemampuan ini menjadi sangat penting untuk dikembangkan di MTs Darul Maarif Sosa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa MTs Darul Maarif Sosa ketika menggunakan model pembelajaran think pair share saat pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan klasikal siswa pada saat observasi awal hanya 23,8%, hasil tersebut meningkat pada tes siklus I menjadi 52,38%. Penelitian berlanjut pada siklus II dengan hasil tes pada siklus II menjadi 90,47%. Dari hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran think pair share dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa MTs Darul Maarif Sosa.

Mathematical communication skills are an absolute ability that every student must have, including madrasah students. Therefore, this ability is very important to be developed at MTs Darul Maarif Sosa. This study aims to see the mathematical communication skills of MTs Darul Maarif Sosa students when using the think pair share learning model during learning. The results of the study showed that the classical completeness of students at the time of the initial observation was only 23.8%, the results increased in the cycle I test to 52.38%. The study continued in cycle II with the test results in cycle II being 90.47%. From the results of the study above, it can be concluded that the think pair share learning model can improve the mathematical communication skills of MTs Darul Maarif Sosa students.
