ANALISIS TOKOH UTAMA DALAM NOVEL DUNIA SOPHIE KARYA JOSTEIN GAARDER SIGMUND FREUD :KAJIAN PSIKOLOGI SASTRA

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tokoh utama serta menganalisis tokoh utama dari novel Dunia Sophie karya Jostein Gaarder. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa novel Dunia Sophie karya Jostein Gaarder sendiri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik baca dan catat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Tokoh utama dalam novel ini adalah Sophie yang memiliki sifat berpetualang yang tinggi sehingga pada saat menerima surat dari seorang filsuf ia merasa ingin mengetahuinya terus menerus. (2) Nilai kepribadian tokoh utama Sophie ialah id,ego, dan superego.

The aim of this research is to describe the main character and analyze the main character from the novel Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data source used is the novel Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder himself. The data collection technique used is the reading and note taking technique. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The main character in this novel is Sophie, who has a high adventurous nature so that when she receives a letter from a philosopher she feels like she wants to know about it continuously. (2) The main character Sophie's personality values are id, ego and superego.
