EFEKTIVITAS MEDIA KANTONG BILANGAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL NILAI TEMPAT BAGI PESERTA DIDIK DISABILITAS INTELEKTUAL

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemui pada peserta didik disabilitas intelektual kelas VIII yang bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas media Kantong bilangan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal nilai tempat bilangan dua angka di SLB Autisma YPPA Padang. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dalam bentuk Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan sebanyak 13 pertemuan yang terbagi menjadi 3 tahap yaitu, tahap baseline (A1) sebanyak 3 pertemuan memperoleh persentase stabil 27%. Pada tahap intervensi (B) sebanyak 7 pertemuan dengan memperoleh persentase stabil 87% dan pada tahap baseline (A2) sebanyak 3 pertemuan memperoleh persentase stabil 93%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa media pembelajaran kantong bilangan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal nilai tempat bagi peserta didik disabilitas intelektual.
This study was conducted based on the problems encountered in students with intellectual disabilities in class VIII which aims to see the effectiveness of the Number Pocket media in improving the ability to recognize the place value of two-digit numbers at SLB Autisma YPPA Padang. The researcher used a quantitative approach with an experimental method in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with an A-B-A design. From the results of observations carried out as many as 13 meetings divided into 3 stages, namely, the baseline stage (A1) as many as 3 meetings obtained a stable percentage of 27%. In the intervention stage (B) as many as 7 meetings obtained a stable percentage of 87% and in the baseline stage (A2) as many as 3 meetings obtained a stable percentage of 93%. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it was obtained that the number bag learning media is effective in improving the ability to recognize place values for intellectual disabilities.
