Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan (PKB) bagi guru, dengan fokus pada analisis permasalahan, supervisi pendidikan, dan penilaian kinerja. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan komprehensif mengenai tantangan yang dihadapi dalam PKB, strategi supervisi yang efektif, dan metode penilaian kinerja guru. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui tinjauan literatur dan studi kasus di beberapa sekolah di Indonesia.
This research discusses continuous professional development (PKB) for teachers, with a focus on problem analysis, educational supervision, and performance assessment. This article aims to provide comprehensive insight into the challenges faced in CPD, effective supervision strategies, and teacher performance assessment methods. This study uses a qualitative approach through literature reviews and case studies in several schools in Indonesia.
