PENGARUH VARIASI LATIHAN PASSING BAWAH BOLA VOLI TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PASSING BAWAH BOLA VOLI SISWA KELAS VIII B SMP SWASTA KATOLIK RATU DAMAI WAIBALUN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi latihan passing bawah bola voli terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing bawah permainan bola voli siswa kelas VIII SMP Swasta Katolik Ratu Damai Waibalun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian kuantitaif dengan pendekatan eksperimen (one group pretest and posttest designe) dengan sampel tidak terpisah. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa/i kelas VIII B SMP Swasta Katolik Ratu Damai Waibalun yang berjumlah 27 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran berupa tes awal dan tes akhir. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan lewat pengujian menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 21 dengan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yakni variasi latihan passing bawah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap akurasi passing bawah pada siswa kelas VIII B SMP Swasta Katolik Ratu Damai Waibalun. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik dan kriteria pengujian, maka dapat diketahui t hitung 6,037 > t tabel 2,056 dengan taraf signifikasi perhitungan statistik 0,00 < alpha 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.
The aim of this research was to determine the effect of variations in volleyball underpassing training on improving the underpassing ability in volleyball for class VIII students at Ratu Damai Catholic Private Middle School, Waibalun. The research method used is quantitative research with an experimental approach (one group pretest and posttest design) with nonseparate samples. The research subjects were all 27 students in class VIII B of Ratu Damai Catholic Private Middle School, Waibalun. Data collection techniques use tests and measurements in the form of initial tests and final tests. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out through testing using the SPSS 21 application with normality testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the research are that variations in underpassing training have a significant effect on the accuracy of underpassing in class VIII B students at Ratu Damai Catholic Private Middle School, Waibalun. Based on the results of statistical calculations and testing criteria, it can be seen that t count is 6.037 > t table 2.056 with a statistical significance level of 0.00 < alpha 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
